Voices of CHORA

An open invitation to come and learn about our inaugural 'Voices of CHORA' children's, youth and community choirs. 

Under the direction of choirmaster Elizabeth Exantaris OAM, Voices of CHORA will launch in February next year. It will provide an opportunity for people of all ages to come together and enjoy the benefits of learning to sing in harmony whilst working collaboratively with people with similar interests.

Elizabeth Exintaris OAM
Choir Leader

Elizabeth Exintaris OAM is a Melbourne-trained musician, composer, and performer who holds Bachelor of Music and Master of Arts degrees. Beginning her career at Greek Song Festivals in the 1980s, she has served as Music Director for numerous concerts and productions. Her notable works include "The Migrant Woman" (1985) and "Building of a Nation" (1988). She has directed National Greek Song Festivals and various choirs throughout Australia, while also performing internationally. Her contributions have earned multiple honors, including the Hellenic Distinction Award (1997) and the Order of Australia Medal. Elizabeth continues to shape musical education as a Music Director in schools.
